The canvasback -– the king of ducks -– holds his head up high and looks down his sloping bill at lesser divers. Males stand out with a rusty head and neck and a gleaming white body bookended in black. Females don’t share the same pretentious plumage, but the head shape still gives them away. These 15” decoys have raised feathers and are hand-detailed with non-glare paint in their natural colors. The G&H CB11 Canvasbacks are 15” long.
